Do you want to better understand different cultures, share your own experiences, and break stereotypes? Join our free interactive workshop in Klaipėda and become a bridge between cultures!
The workshop is part of the project 🤝 "More Alike Than Different", initiated by Fabrique and partially funded by the Klaipėda City Municipality.
About the workshop:
This 2-hour workshop is designed to help participants explore and reflect on cultural diversity. Together we will:
- Learn about cultural dimensions and how they shape communication.
- Discover the cultures represented by people in the workshop.
- Explore how to be a good culture interpreter.
- Take part in an interactive discussion about perceptions, assumptions, and the “why’s” behind cultural traditions.
The workshop will be led by Tatjana Kochetkova - Fabrique Climbing and Co-working space co-Founder and a certified business trainer with 15 years of experience working with international teams. 🌎
Although the event is especially designed for youth (19–29 years old), everyone is warmly welcome! 💬
